These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of quickerText, a voice dictation application operated by Cannappy LLC ("we," "our," "us"). By using quickerText, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use quickerText. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You sign in via Google or Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
quickerText provides voice-to-text dictation with optional AI-powered text cleanup. The service includes:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Free tier: 3,000 words per month, basic features, 1 platform.
Pro subscription ($14.99/month or $99.99/year): Unlimited words, full AI controls, diff view, presets, all platforms, unlimited history, custom dictionary, priority processing.
Lifetime ($149 one-time, launch period only): Same as Pro with a 200,000 words/month cap. Perpetual access.
Subscriptions are managed by RevenueCat through the platform's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play). Billing, renewals, and cancellations follow the respective store's policies.
Refund requests for subscriptions are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store per their refund policies. For Lifetime purchases, we offer a 30-day refund policy — contact us within 30 days of purchase.

You retain ownership of all text you create using quickerText. We do not claim any rights to your transcriptions or notes. We access your content only to provide and improve the service as described in our Privacy Policy.
quickerText relies on third-party services for core functionality:
These services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability, performance, or data handling beyond what we contractually require of them.
Transcription history is retained for 90 days and then automatically deleted. You may delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
quickerText, its logo, design, and underlying technology are the property of Cannappy LLC. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, branding, or proprietary technology beyond the right to use the application as intended.
quickerText is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
Voice dictation depends on audio quality, network conditions, and speech clarity. Results may vary.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cannappy LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of quickerText. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cannappy LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
